About DeciBio:
See our profile on Vault.com (which ranks us in their top Consulting 50 and #1 in Innovation), our website (decibio.com), and IG @ deci.bio.
The opportunity
Our consulting teams rely heavily on primary research, including interviews with scientists, clinicians, industry executives, commercial leaders, and other subject-matter experts.   They also leverage our proprietary data sets, market reports, and expert network (run by Dexter, our SaaS subsidiary).
Thus, we are seeking a Research Specialist to help us consistently identify and engage the right experts for our primary research conversations.  The Research Specialist will own much of the process for recruiting subject-matter experts for DeciBioâs consulting engagements and proprietary research.  Working across multiple projects at once, you will translate research needs into clear expert profiles, identify relevant candidates, conduct persistent and professional outreach, assess candidatesâ fit, and coordinate one-hour interviews between experts and our consulting teams:
This unique role provides an opportunity to engage with and support stakeholders across DeciBioâs departments.
The role combines research, recruiting, relationship-building, project coordination, and elements of sales. It is not a consulting analyst position, although it provides significant exposure to life-sciences markets, strategic questions, and senior industry professionals.
Over time, the role may expand into broader Knowledge Center responsibilities, including:  training and/or managing future research specialists, more complex important sourcing engagements, expert-network development initiatives, supporting DeciBioâs internal and proprietary Intelligence Portal, AI-enabled research, special research projects, business-development support, knowledge management, and eventually the management of additional research-support resources.  The right employee could also grow to help identify and coordinate qualified business development conversations.
Requirements
Compensation
In addition to base salary, DeciBio offers performance-based incentives, year-end company-wide profit sharing, and comprehensive employee benefits.
The incentive component may reflect successful completion of qualified expert interviews, sourcing quality, responsiveness, accuracy, and broader team contribution. Specific compensation will depend on location and experience.

Halcyon is the industryâs first dedicated, adaptive security platform that combines multiple proprietary advanced prevention engines along with AI models focused specifically on stopping ransomware.
Who we are:
Halcyon was formed in 2021 by a team of cyber industry veterans after battling the scourge of ransomware (and advanced threats) for years at some of the largest global security vendors. Comprised of leaders from Cylance (now Blackberry), Accuvant (now Optiv), Fireye and ISS X-Force (now IBM), Halcyon is focused on building products and solutions for mid-market and enterprise customers.

About Halcyon
Halcyon builds an advanced anti-ransomware platform that enterprise security teams rely on to stop attacks other tools miss. You will have a strong voice in where the endpoint product goes, and you will own the tradeoffs that get it there.
Our engineering team is highly technical, and you will work with them daily. Engineering owns the solution design, but you will own the customer outcomes and business objectives. This is a customer-facing role. You will spend real time with enterprise security teams in roadmap reviews, executive briefings, and technical deep dives. You will also work closely with our Sales Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support, who are in front of customers every day and are one of your best sources of signal. Understanding your audience will be key success factor, and you will need to know when to lean into technical aspects but also be able to articulate the value that the technical solutions provide to executive level buyers.

GTM fluency: You understand how modern B2B marketing works across brand, content, demand generation, product marketing, and marketing operations, and how those teams work together across the buyer journey and funnel.
Strong economic judgment: You understand the cost of automation and can evaluate tradeoffs between human effort, purchased software, API consumption, infrastructure, and token usage to choose the most efficient solution.
Data acquisition expertise: You are comfortable using APIs, web scraping, and other methods to turn external data into structured inputs for marketing, competitive intelligence, targeting, and automation.
Able to navigate ambiguity: You can identify the highest-impact opportunities, make pragmatic decisions with incomplete information, and move quickly from idea to working solution without needing heavy process or a large team.
Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive pay based on market rates in the country of the applicant.
100% Remote: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere within your country of residenceâbe it a co-working space, your home office, or even your dining room table. The choice is yours. Just donât ask to work in our office (we donât have one).

Owns and maintains the design system, component library, and prototyping tooling that enables product engineers to move fast while maintaining design quality.
Oomnitza offers the industryâs most versatile Enterprise Technology Management platform that orchestrates and automates key business processes for IT. Our SaaS solution, with agentless integrations, best practices and low-code workflows, enables enterprises to leverage their existing infrastructure systems and automate processes such as offboarding, onboarding, audit readiness, refresh forecasting and more, thereby reducing reliance on error-prone manual tasks and tickets. We help some of the most well-known and innovative companies to improve efficiency, expedite audits, mitigate cyber risk and eliminate redundant IT spend.
Oomnitza is hiring a UX Design Engineer to own the design system, component library, and prototyping tooling that powers our Product Engineering team. In our model, Product Engineers run discovery and prototyping end-to-end; your job is to give them an opinionated, well-tested, well-documented platform so they can move fast without losing design quality.
This is a hands-on role. Most of your time is in code and design tooling: maintaining the system, evolving the Storybook component library, building scaffolding that makes prototyping fast, and consulting on the small number of interactions that are genuinely novel. The role can sit in the US or in Ireland since most of the work is with tooling and systems.
Oomnitza recruits, employs, trains, compensates and promotes regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, veteran status, and other protected status as required by applicable law.
Uses AI tools to bridge product and engineering teams by gathering requirements, writing specifications, and orchestrating AI-assisted development workflows.
Come join a company who is a key leader in the industry scaling the next core commerce infrastructure and on the path from $100M to $500M! At Salsify, we strive to embody an equitable, diverse, and inclusive company culture. We are united across countries, levels, tenures, and a host of other dimensions of diversity. We understand that while work is just one aspect of who we are, a truly inclusive culture accounts for the full authenticity of every single human being that works here.
We are building next-generation internal AI-powered tools designed to empower our go-to-market teams with faster, more intelligent ways to understand customers, prioritize opportunities, and drive strategic decisions. As a Junior AI-Augmented Product Engineer, youâll work hand-in-hand with the Platform Owner to shape and deliver new capabilities in an AI-first product development environment.
This is not a traditional hands-on coding role where you work independently on implementation. Youâll serve as a product-technical bridge: gathering and clarifying go-to-market business needs, framing problems, writing detailed functional and technical specifications, defining acceptance criteria, orchestrating AI-assisted changes through structured workflows, and verifying quality against strict architecture and design standards.
You will use advanced AI tools as your primary partner to accelerate from idea to verified delivery, while focusing on clear thinking, precise documentation, and cross-team alignment. The role requires strong collaboration, excellent written communication, command of AI usage with respect to software development, and comfort working across US and EMEA time zones.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys translating business value into technical reality, thrives on structured reasoning and documentation, and wants to grow in a modern, AI-augmented product engineering practice.

Weâre looking for a Staff Software Engineer who can lead at multiple levels at once: the architecture, the product direction, the teamâs capacity, and the longer arc of where weâre going. Youâll move fluidly across the full technical stack, from infrastructure decisions to greenfield product work.
