Marketing Demand Capture Manager, Search & AI at Zip Security

Owns SEO and AI-powered search strategy to capture high-intent security buyer demand across organic and paid search channels.

Mid Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Zip Security

Cybersecurity for growing businesses is broken. Even enterprises spend heavily across hundreds of disconnected tools for marginal real-world benefit. For startups and mid-sized firms, this gap often means forgoing security entirely, or cobbling together a solution that leaves them vulnerable in other ways. At Zip Security, we build solutions that make enterprise cybersecurity effective and doable for growing businesses of all kinds, whether or not they have a security team in house.

Our product is a complete security program that automates device management, endpoint security, identity and access management, compliance, and managed IT and security operations to keep teams of all kinds protected. We help our customers pick their right security frameworks, correctly deploy the tools, policies, and controls they need, and keep everything enforced over time, so their business is protected and compliant, 24⁄7.

Zip is at the cutting edge of what’s possible in cybersecurity, and dedicated to delivering value for our customers. It’s a big part of why we’re backed by Ballistic Ventures. Major platforms are opening APIs that enable automated management at scale, new government initiatives are surfacing global threat data, and we’re positioned to be the first to properly integrate all of it. We’re looking for driven, talented people to help us get there. If this resonates with you, we invite you to consider building alongside our team.

About the Role

Demand for what Zip Security does already exists. Security buyers are researching the exact problems we solve every day, across Google, ChatGPT, and other AI answer engines. This role exists to capture that demand: make sure those buyers find Zip, and turn what they find into pipeline. At its core, this is a role for a strong SEO and AEO expert who is curious about Google Ads. You’ll own organic and AI search end to end, guide our paid search program alongside the agency that runs it, and have support on reporting and strategy. It’s the right role for someone who wants to understand why the numbers moved, not just report that they moved.

What You Will Build at Zip Security

  • An organic search engine that wins high-intent queries. Own Zip’s SEO strategy end to end, from technical foundations (crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data) through content, internal linking, and authority.

  • Zip’s AEO strategy. Systematically grow Zip’s visibility and citations when buyers research security and compliance questions through ChatGPT, Google AI experiences, and other answer engines.

  • A search roadmap built on real buyer questions. Identify the topics and queries security buyers are actively researching, prioritized by commercial opportunity rather than search volume.

  • A conversion engine, not just a traffic engine. Analyze how visitors move through Zip’s site, find the friction in high-intent journeys, and test landing pages, messaging, and calls to action that turn visits into qualified pipeline.

  • One keyword strategy across paid and organic. Own the research that decides which queries are a paid play, which are an organic content play, and where Zip should own a topic with both. Guide priorities and targets with the agency that runs our Google Ads account, and feed what each channel learns back into the other.

  • The measurement to know what’s working. Shape reporting that connects search, AI visibility, and website behavior to pipeline and revenue, with support from the team on building reports and strategy.

  • A culture of experiments. Turn observations into hypotheses and hypotheses into measurable experiments, including where competitors are capturing search and AI visibility that Zip should own.

  • Own the distribution strategy for the content you create. Decide how and where content gets distributed across channels, not just what gets made.

We believe great teams are built by curious people who care deeply about learning, collaboration, and ownership. At Zip Security, you’ll have the autonomy to contribute ideas, shape decisions, and help build both our product and our culture. If you’re excited about the role, we encourage you to apply, even if your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in SEO, growth, search, or digital acquisition, ideally in B2B SaaS or another high-consideration category.

  • Deep technical SEO expertise: crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicals, and diagnosing technical search issues yourself.

  • Genuine curiosity about AEO, GEO, and LLM visibility, ideally with hands-on experimentation into how brands earn citations inside ChatGPT and other AI answer engines.

  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and the ability to marry keyword strategy across organic and paid: researching which queries should be a paid play, which should be organic content, and where Zip should bottom out a topic with both. Our agency runs the account; you set the direction.

  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on fluency with Google Search Console, GA4, and modern SEO tools, including the instinct to investigate the data yourself when something moves.

  • Experience connecting acquisition activity to conversion, pipeline, and revenue, and turning messy datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Comfort operating independently, with support from the team and our agency on reporting and strategy.

  • Cybersecurity experience is valuable but not required. We’re more interested in an exceptional search operator who can learn our market deeply.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation, equity, and comprehensive health benefits starting on day one

  • 401(k) plan to help you invest in your future

  • Flexible hybrid work environment (2-3 days in office! You decide what is best for you!)

  • Monthly wellness benefits to help you stay active, healthy, and balanced in whatever way works best for you

  • Comprehensive family-building, fertility, and hormonal health benefits to support you through every stage of life

  • High ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape a rapidly growing company

  • Fully stocked office with endless snacks, coffee, and tea, plus Zip swag and team outings

Zip Security’s fastest-growing channel runs through trusted security and compliance partners, especially the vCISOs who advise companies on what to buy, when to buy it, and whom to trust. We’re hiring our first Partner Marketing Manager to make Zip the #1 security partner those advisors want to work with. Zip’s Partner team owns these relationships; you’ll build the marketing engine around them: the programs, content, experiences, and communications that deepen partner engagement and make it easy and compelling for partners to introduce Zip to their clients. What we need from you is a deep understanding of how to build community, and either real familiarity with these professionals or the drive to learn what they value, how they work, and what earns their trust. Your north-star metric is growth in high-quality referrals from our partners.

What You Will Build at Zip Security

  • A partner engagement engine. A rhythm of valuable touch-points that keeps Zip top of mind, with partners segmented by engagement, potential, and needs, and programs that move them from newly onboarded to engaged to consistently referring.

  • A deep partnership with the largest cybersecurity company. Co-branded programs and joint marketing initiatives that deepen our alliance with the industry’s leading cybersecurity platform.

  • Programming that delivers value to our partners. Recurring partner fireside chats with vCISOs, security leaders, and customers, alongside intimate dinners, roundtables, and scalable virtual events.

  • Enablement that makes Zip easy to refer. The messaging, case studies, one-pagers, presentations, email copy, and landing pages that make introductions effortless at exactly the moments an advisor should think of Zip.

  • An onboarding and activation journey. The path that turns every newly signed partner into an engaged, productive one, plus the campaigns and proof points that help our SDR team source new partners.

  • The measurement to know what drives referrals. Tracking that connects programs, events, and content to introductions and pipeline, and answers what separates a partner who knows Zip from one who consistently advocates for Zip. This role has clear reporting expectations, including the ability to dive into the data to tell the story and pull out trends.

  • 4 to 7+ years in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, community, field marketing, customer marketing, or a related B2B SaaS role.

  • A deep understanding of how to build community, shown through programs that activate and deepen relationships with an existing audience or partner base.

  • Familiarity with vCISOs, security advisors, and compliance professionals, or the curiosity to learn this ecosystem deeply enough to understand what makes them participate, advocate, and refer.

  • Experience running fireside chats, events, dinners, newsletters, community programs, or integrated campaigns that busy, senior professionals genuinely find valuable.

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.

  • Strong relationship and stakeholder-management skills. You’ll work closely with Zip’s Partner team and directly with external partners.

  • A commercial mindset and comfort being accountable to referral, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.

  • Experience in cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, or another trust-based B2B category is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to move quickly on what’s happening in the cybersecurity space (customer stories, trends, news) and arm partners with those stories in real time.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and strong reporting skills are required.

Marketing Demand Capture Manager, Search & AI at Zip Security

Own organic search, AI search engine optimization, and paid search strategy to capture high-intent security buyers researching solutions.

Leads Stripe's self-serve paid media strategy and team, managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns across search, social, and video to drive efficient growth and revenue.

Lead Remote Posted about 18 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Chicago, Atlanta, Remote in the US, Toronto, Remote in Canada

Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Stripe's growth marketing team is responsible for driving efficient acquisition and activation of millions of businesses globally from solo founders to scaling startups. Paid media is a critical pillar of our self-serve acquisition strategy. The paid media team manages significant investment across search, social, video and other channels to acquire developers, founders, and operators who will build on Stripe. We partner deeply with growth, data science, analytics, data engineering, creative, finance and other marketers to deliver profitable growth via paid media.

What you’ll do

As Head of Self-Serve Paid Media, you will own and evolve Stripe's self-serve paid acquisition strategy, managing a team of 5-10 paid media experts and working cross-functionally with leaders across analytics, creative, product marketing, growth engineering, and finance. You'll be responsible for a substantial media budget and accountable for delivering efficient, scalable growth in signups, activations, and revenue. In this role, you'll own the long term strategy for how paid media delivers growth in Stripe’s self-serve business. You'll identify new channels and formats, build measurement frameworks that connect spend to business outcomes, and develop your team into world-class practitioners. You'll partner closely with data science to advance our attribution and incrementality capabilities, and with internal and external creative partners to produce high-performing assets at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the self-serve paid media strategy end-to-end, including budget allocation, channel mix, and performance targets across search, social, display, video, and other channels
  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of 5-10 paid media specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, craft, and growth
  • Drive measurable improvements in acquisition efficiency (ROAS, incremental activations) while scaling total investment
  • Partner cross-functionally with analytics, creative strategy, growth engineering, product marketing, lifecycle, and finance to maximize the potential impact of paid media
  • Improve the measurement capabilities: partner with data science to improve attribution modeling, incrementality testing (geo-holdouts, media mix models), and forecasting
  • Develop and manage the self-serve paid media budget, including pacing, forecasting, and executive reporting
  • Identify and scale emerging channels and formats
  • Represent paid media performance and strategy in leadership forums and to diverse stakeholders.

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, with at least 3 years leading a team
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale paid media budgets with accountability for business outcomes through to revenue (i.e. not just top of funnel)
  • Strong analytical foundation: understand attribution, incrementality testing, LTV and data-driven optimization
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, fintech, or high-growth technology companies
  • Track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing marketing teams
  • Creative sensibility: you have a strong POV on what creative works best for each platform and the level of creative velocity and quality that is required
  • Experience working cross-functionally with data science, engineering, creative, and finance partners to deliver growth

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with self-serve or product-led growth models where paid media must drive not just leads but product activations
  • Background in international paid media strategy, including managing campaigns across multiple markets and languages
  • Experience building or advancing measurement capabilities such as media mix models, geo-based incrementality testing, or multi-touch attribution systems
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven culture

Partner with the team’s analytics/insights function on deeper statistical analysis and team-wide testing standards.

  • Testing & Optimization: Design A/B and multivariate tests (layouts, copy, frequency, audience segments) for your own campaigns, defining parameters for the operations team to execute, and incorporating AI-assisted tools for test design or results synthesis where useful.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management (Travel, ecommerce, or Marketplace experience is a strong plus).
  • Technical Translation Skills: Proven experience working alongside marketing operations or engineering teams. Strong ability to write technical requirements, understand data workflows, and articulate business logic to technical stakeholders.
  • Platform Familiarity: Strong understanding of enterprise-level CRM tools and platforms capabilities. Braze is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable interpreting campaign data to extract actionable insights and report on business impact.
  • AI Fluency: Comfortable incorporating AI tools into daily workflow — e.g., for content ideation, campaign briefing, data synthesis, or testing analysis — and staying current on new tools relevant to CRM/lifecycle marketing.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation packages (routinely benchmarked against the latest industry data), including base salary and annual bonuses
  • “Work your way” with flexibility to suit your lifestyle. Tripadvisor Group takes a remote-friendly approach to collaboration across a worldwide team, with the option to join on-site as often as you’d like or as required by your team.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Security, Privacy/Legal, AI, Accessibility, Sales, and Marketing. • Maintain External Trust & Transparency Resources: Own and continuously improve external-facing web content and resources that provide customers with easy-to-understand information about our security, privacy, AI, data-use, and accessibility practices.
  • Translate Technical Concepts for Customers: Turn complex security architectures, privacy practices, AI technologies, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements into language that customers, educators, administrators, procurement teams, and business leaders can readily understand.
  • Enable Sales and Customer-Facing Teams: Develop training, playbooks, FAQs, objection-handling guidance, presentations, and talk tracks that help Sales, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams confidently discuss security, privacy, AI data use, and accessibility.
  • Support Customer and Procurement Conversations: Partner with Sales, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Product teams to address common customer questions and concerns arising during evaluations, procurement processes, security reviews, and renewals.
  • Create a Consistent Source of Truth: Establish and maintain approved messaging so that Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Privacy, and Security communicate consistently about these topics.
  • Partner on Product Launches: Ensure new products and features—particularly those involving AI or new uses of customer data—have appropriate trust, privacy, security, and accessibility messaging as part of launch readiness.
  • Drive Proactive Customer Communication: Identify emerging topics that may create customer questions or concerns and develop proactive communications before they become barriers to adoption or renewal.
  • Monitor the Market and Regulatory Landscape: Stay informed about evolving expectations and regulations related to AI, privacy, security, and accessibility and help translate those developments into implications for product positioning and customer communication.
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer: Bring recurring customer questions and concerns back to Product, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Accessibility teams to influence product decisions, policies, documentation, and roadmap priorities.

Marketing Demand Generation Manager at Seer Interactive

Owns demand generation campaigns, marketing automation workflows, newsletter strategy, event programs, and reporting KPIs across HubSpot and multi-channel distribution.

Mid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Role:  Seer is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own the systems, programs, and measurement infrastructure behind our demand gen strategy. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role on a 3-person marketing team, reporting to Director of Marketing. You’ll own HubSpot campaigns and programs as our MOPs owner, newsletter growth and engagement, webinar and digital event programs (including owned and third-party event registration through conversion), lifecycle nurture programs, demand gen asset coordination, automations for tracking, flagging, and repurposing content across channels, and KPI ownership and reporting on outbound MQLs, program conversion, and event engagement.

This role is not a content creation role, blog and editorial live with our content team, so you’ll focus on distribution, repurposing, and program performance. We’re looking for someone who has actually built in a marketing automation platform: built workflows, set up campaigns and emails, run a newsletter, not just logged into one. Experience with events across different regional markets is a plus, and industry background matters less than platform depth.

Role Highlights:

  • Campaigns: Build and run demand campaigns end to end, sequencing what the team produces across email, social, events, comms, paid, and outbound rather than letting it ship one-off
  • Programs: Own our newsletters end to end: strategy, curation, production, reporting. Own the Signal webinar series and our event and conference presence, from promotion through logistics through follow-up
  • PR, comms, and 3rd-party presence: Run the programs that put us in front of new audiences (press and referral partners, and the conferences where our people speak), and convert that exposure into owned-audience growth and warm conversations handed to growth.
  • Execution in HubSpot: Own our HubSpot instance end to end, build and launch campaigns, emails, workflows, and lifecycle steps, and maintain the architecture as our MOPs owner
  • Distribution loop: Take what our content team writes & publishes, test formats and channels, read performance, and scale what works
  • Measurement: Own program KPIs and marketing reporting. Keep a defensible view of what’s working that informs what we build next
  • Applied AI: use AI to accelerate program production, enablement, and case study work without flattening our voice

Essential Skills

  • You’ve run B2B demand generation end to end: campaigns, newsletters, webinars, events, and owned the number attached to them
  • You’ve been hands-on in a marketing automation platform. You’ve built and launched in HubSpot or comparable, not just briefed someone else to
  • You have strong program management instincts: you can hold a campaign map and a run-of-show for a webinar in your head at the same time
  • You have strong writing skills (though you’ll have content support) and can execute a case study or review blog posts as needed
  • You believe in building repeatable systems over one-off execution

Bonus

  • You have hands-on channel experience in more than one discipline (e.g., SEO + Paid, or Paid + Analytics)
  • You have a background in Client Engagement, Account Management, or a client-facing strategy role and have been responsible for organic account growth
  • You have experience in a digital agency environment where you’ve pitched or contributed to pitches for new clients
  • You have familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

30/60/90

30 Days

  • Learn the systems, the data, and the current program calendar

  • Begin take over newsletter production

  • Help Establish the performance-tracking rhythm and 3⁄6-month targets

60 Days

  • Take on the webinar program end to end, including promotion and logistics

  • Run one campaign end to end across at least three channels

  • Take on day-to-day HubSpot campaign execution from RevOps

90 days

  • Support building measurement system for program performance in place

  • Put trackable reporting for campaigns, events, and enablement in place

  • Propose and implement one net-new performance improvement

$90,000 - $105,000 a year

  • Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience
  • Evaluation of comp at least once a year
  • Benefit highlights

  • Escalate reputational risks, sensitive conversations and customer issues where appropriate.
  • Maintain eBay’s tone of voice and brand standards across every interaction.
  • Work closely with Social, PR, Customer Service and agency partners to ensure consistent messaging and appropriate escalations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for social-first storytelling.
